Lynne R. Ostfeld believes that litigation is not an end goal but the means to the end. If all efforts to resolve problems have failed, Ms. Ostfeld is able to call on her considerable experience in successfully litigating a variety of controversies to aid her clients. Her litigation experience has come from representing both individuals and companies, whether as plaintiff or as defendant. It includes contract interpretation and enforcement, defamation, real estate partitions, creditors’ claims in bankruptcy court, mechanic’s liens, mortgage foreclosures, employment issues, school law, copyright violations, Will and guardianship disputes, rights of beneficiaries of decedents’ estates, and local government law.
